Creating Your Ceremony
After our second meeting, I’ll begin a process of writing drafts and asking you to review them. We can repeat this process as many times as it takes to deliver the ceremony you want using words that are truly yours, expressing what you feel as you begin your lives together in this wondrous relationship of marriage. It usually will only take one or two drafts. But I want you to feel assured that I’ll write and re-write until you have exactly the ceremony you want.
As I have drafts of your ceremony ready for you to look at, I can get them to you in any way convenient – face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, ground mail or e-mail. If available, I prefer the ease and convenience of e-mail. Likewise, you can use any of those methods to give me feedback about the draft you’re reading. You will have the final draft of your wedding ceremony no later than one week prior to your wedding date, if not earlier.
